Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all online orders placed through www.royaloudinc.com. By placing an order through the website, the Customer agrees to the terms below.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 12 to 72 hours after payment is successfully authorized. Orders are prepared and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays. Processing time may be longer during periods of high order volume or product restocking. The Customer will receive an order confirmation email after payment is approved, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been shipped. The Customer is responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate.
Shipping Within Canada
Royal Oud Fragrances ships to addresses within Canada only. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is generally 2 to 9 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Delivery time estimates begin once the order has shipped. Weather, carrier delays, or other conditions outside of our control may affect delivery timelines. Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery at the carrier’s discretion.
Order Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed to the Customer once the order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to display movement scans. The Customer should refer to the carrier’s tracking system for the most current delivery updates.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free or discounted shipping offers apply only when stated. Additional fees for express or upgraded shipping are not refundable in the event of a return or cancellation.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
The Customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer, Royal Oud Fragrances is not responsible for loss, misdelivery, or delays. If the package is returned due to incorrect address information, it may be reshipped at the Customer’s expense.
Delivered but Not Received
If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but the Customer has not received it, the Customer must contact the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation. Royal Oud Fragrances is not responsible for packages that show a status of Delivered. Customers in areas with previous incidents of package theft are encouraged to provide a secure delivery address.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are refused or deemed undeliverable may be returned to Royal Oud Fragrances. Any costs related to returning or reshipping the package will be the responsibility of the Customer.
Force Majeure
Royal Oud Fragrances is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather events, transportation interruptions, supply chain delays, or government restrictions.
