Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to online purchases from Royal Oud Fragrances at www.royaloudinc.com delivered within Canada.
Return window
Customer may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier.
Eligibility
• The product must be unopened, or lightly used with at least ninety-five percent (95%) of the original fill remaining.
• The product must be returned in the original packaging, including cap and box.
• Custom-made fragrances, personalized items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Return approval must be obtained before shipping any product back.
• Once return approval is granted, the product must be shipped back within seven (7) days.
How to request a return
Customer must email Info@royaloudinc.com with:
– Order number
– Clear photos of the product showing the remaining fill and packaging condition
– A brief explanation for the return request
Return shipping and fees
• The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• A processing fee of CAD $9.99 per bottle will be deducted from the refund.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Processing time for refunds is generally five (5) to ten (10) business days after inspection. The time for the refund to appear in the Customer’s account may vary depending on the financial institution.
• For promotional or bundled orders (for example, Buy 2 Get 1 Free), the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the actual value of items kept by the Customer.
• Products returned after thirty (30) days from the delivery date are not eligible for refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
• Customer must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect product within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
• Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box must be sent to Info@royaloudinc.com.
• After verification, a replacement product or full refund will be provided. In most cases, shipping the item back will not be required.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect and are reported within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. For all other situations, the Customer may request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Lost or stolen packages
If a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but the Customer has not received it, the Customer must contact the carrier to open a delivery investigation. Royal Oud Fragrances is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered.
Currency
All prices and refunds are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The Customer’s bank or card provider may apply currency conversion based on its own rates and fees.
